  Was recommended to Therapydia by my sports medicine doctor for treatment for my rotator cuff injury as well as front knee pain. My therapist was super knowledgeable, patient and skilled at prescribing excercises and recovery plan. Though I am not fully recovered as yet, they progress in the past month has been good.

  I have been working with Tony and Christina in the past 5 weeks. They are both professional and very experienced. After the initial evaluation, they know exactly where my issues are and developed proper courses/ routines for me. They also listen to me and are willing to offer substitution programs if I feel a program for some reason does not suit me.
  
  They are both encouraging and are my cheerleaders on my road to recovery.

  I'm so so glad I found Therapydia and my therapist Tony. The receptionist is super cool, polite and friendly as well, both in-person and over the phone .This was my first ever PT in my life. I was injured in a motorcycle accident, was depressed, and I for sure thought that this summer was going to be miserable. Tony reassured me with confidence that PT is going to be great and helpful for recovery. He's a really knowledgeable, motivating and friendly person. So far in my last 2 visits, I'm already seeing and feeling great improvements in my strength and mobility in my wrist. He gives great tips on what to do and what not to, simple exercises to do at home, frequently asks if I feel ok with the exercises he suggests and respects my opinions too. THANK YOU!

  I received exceptional care at Therapydia for my hip and sciatica pain. Robert's ability to listen attentively and assess my specific needs allowed him to create a personalized treatment plan that targeted the root causes of my hip and sciatica pain. I have been to many physical therapy clinics, and this is the only one that has successfully treated my pain. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

  Therapydia has been one of few bright lights in my daughter's recovery. Her therapist, Celeste, is understanding and willing to adjust accordingly. The office staff, Aaron and Michael, and manager, Robert, are kind and helpful. Thank you to everyone at Therapydia. We appreciate all of the support!
