This is my favorite studio in the area. The teachers have 13 seasons of experience, so they are really well informed. The teaching style is a bit unconventional as it is all done on a computer screen via Criminal Minds reruns, but the internet is good so the classes stream through well. The ambiance is a little strange as the lessons are held on the kitchen island and people are usually wearing felt onesies instead of other yoga attire, but it really adds an extra element of balance and concentration practice. There are always good snacks available for after class — usually Brie and fig jam. All in all, this is the place to go for a top tier yoga experience.”
