We had the pleasure of walking into the Sunnyvale location where we met Ethan. My partner and I had simply walked in to ask about Verizon’s plans. We knew we wanted to get away from T-Mobile but didn’t know it would happen so fast. Ethan greeted us so kindly and with great energy. He wasn’t pressuring at all and explained how each plan worked. He was so knowledge in his job and you can tell he takes pride in. Thank you Ethan for making the transition from T-mobile to Verizon so flawlessly. So far our lines and network are working amazingly!

I could not have had a better experience visiting a Verizon store. I usually dredd going to buy a new phone, but Sophia and Ethan were incredible. They walked me through the process of upgrading my phone. They took their time in explaining everything I did not understand about the process. (The memory, price, options, comparison of other brands etc. etc) and they did it with a smile on their face. Even when other customers started piling up, Sophia did not once rush me or make me feel silly for not knowing anything about how iPhones work. I'm thinking I might use this new iPhone 13 for a week, then break it on purpose just so I can go back and hang out with Ethan and Sophia again. Go to this store.
