  I had the best buying experience here! Farideh S. helped me today and had a wonderful approach. She was very nice, caring, listened to my budget limitations, and even educational. She walked me through all the options and gave me a discount on vacuum bags. Before finding this place, I went to California sewing and vacuums where I had the worst customer service experience ever. But Farideh turned that around with a pleasant smile on her face. I will be back, for sure, to A Better Discount... to purchase or repair if needed.

  Had a wonderful experience here. Ended up leaving with a Sebo X4 upright. After thoroughly explaining everything we were more than satisfied. Victor is a friendly sales guy and we look forward to coming back again. Highly recommended.

  Top-notch professional service. These folks know what they're doing. Needed a part for a 1984 Kirby vacuum. They had the part, and it was cheaper than ordering online. Even Sears no longer stocks this part. Highly recommend this place. Great people.
