  Good for the price. Studio has a full size refrigerator and a stove, though they don't provide pots and pans. Bed is okay, though the covers are pretty thin. The AC unit gets pretty loud. I like how they don't clean the room every day.
  
  Main complaint is that the walls are super thin so it does get quite noisy. The doors open to the outside, and you can hear quite clearly whenever anyone walks past.

  The location is great for my husband's work training program that he is here to attend and is being paid for by them. Any complaints I had upon arrival were quickly resolved with true concern by the front desk staff. If it wasn't for them my rating would have been less.

  Nice place for a lower end hotel option. Unit appeared to be recently remodeled and very clean, although the cabinets were a bit worn. Does not automatically come furnished with kitchen items, you need to request items at sign in. A bit desolate in it's location, wouldn't necessarily feel safe going for a walk or jog at night. Units are all accessed from exterior doors.

  I was on an extended business trip for 6-months in the Silicon Valley. Because of the traffic congestion in the area, I needed to locate accommodations that met the following requirements: close to my place of business, clean, safe, and affordable. I researched many of the lodging establishments (4/5 stars) in the surrounding area(s) and they only met one or two of the aforementioned requirements. I finally narrowed my selection and decided to select the Extended Stay America in Sunnyvale, CA.
  
  I had not stayed at an Extended Stay America on any of my previous business/personal travels (I’ve traveled all over the world) so, I wasn’t sure what I was getting into committing in advance to staying long-term stay at an establishment that I had no previous experience.
  
  Well, without doubt, this has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed during all of my travels. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff who were extremely friendly, courteous, and customer oriented. When I arrived (early), my room wasn’t ready and they went the extra effort to make sure my accommodations were prepared for my extended stay.
  
  I want to give special appreciation/recognition to CJ, Jarret, Sammy, and Tina who continuously went above and beyond to help me and who provided incredible services: immediate responses to inquiries, fast resolution of all issues that occurred, and the excellent attention to the housecleaning of my room (spotless).
  
  Even though this is not a 4/5-star hotel, the atmosphere and the staff are so pleasant that it really felt like home to me. I great admire and respect for the staff who do a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality -- I highly recommend this location!
