Manny showed up and he cleaned a room with a lot of pet urine in it. He did a very good job. This is the second time I use him. The first time was in 2017.
He did such a great job I gave him a tip. He is friendly and really professional. He suggested a few things I could do to improve the urine odor. I was not too worried about an excellent job because I am replacing the carpet in a few months. Very honest. Highly recommend.

So we had Manny come out to clean three bedrooms. I wanted dry cleaning. When he arrived he looked at the carpets and showed me a big problem we have that I didn't realize was there.

This is a rental property and apparently the last tenants dogs peed every where. He is very detailed and has tools to find urine in the carpets.

After the evaluation he recommended that we approach the cleaning a little differently. He said if we only dry clean, that would spread the urine on even more areas of the carpet, but if he deodorized and steam cleans the affected areas first...and then dry clean the odor, he called it contamination, would not spread all over.

It made sense to me so go ahead. The carpets look like new and smell fine. But after I saw how many spots urine was on the carpet, these carpets are coming out.

I'll definitely be recommending Manny to my friends and family! Very honest person. I am using him for another property in about a week. That's how good he is!

The Manny is the best! I was in need of a carpet cleaning. He was very professional and prompt. Manny explained the different problems my carpet had and made suggestions . He was very patient with my many questions.

After cleaning I could tell the difference every inch of the way!! It is so clean bright . Manny has powerful truckmount, I requested that and when he showed up, I asked him to show it to me because I had other carpet cleaners that told me they had truck mount and showed up with something that looked like a vacuum!!! . No bait and switch like the others. Manny also has very fair pricing

After I while realized Manny really knows his craft and let him do his job. He was fantastic. The rooms that we decided to clean, look like new! Very happy with the cleaning. I will be using him again. Manny has earned my ongoing business.

Manuel did a great job. He gave us tips on how to keep the carpet clean and how to deal with pet accidents. He cleaned the carpets a rug and a white sofa. My carpets were in good condition not very dirty.

I am surprised Manuel carpet cleaning does not have many more reviews, he is very detailed and does excellent work. big machine in the van too. He was referred by a close friend .

He gave me a good price, not the cheapest, but a good fair price for the time and work he did.

Very rarely do I have time to write reviews, But in this case I feel I must.
My wife and I own a rental three story condo in Santa Clara , and after tenants moved out, we found the carpets were in serious need of cleaning. Manny was referred to us by the house cleaners. We made an appointment one week in advance. He showed up early and waited for my wife since I was in a meeting. The price we agreed to on the phone was the price we ended up paying, no pressure up sell. He did mention some areas needed attention but it could be done whenever we wanted. I showed up about two and a half hours later the carpets looked like new. The carpets looked quite good actually. I will call them again and recommend to my friends. NICE JOB MANNY!!!
