Sutter Walk-In Care Aptos

Friendly staff met me at the door and checked me in for my appointment. I didn't have to wait and was taken to the exam room. The nurse came in within two minutes and gave me a booster. She was friendly, thorough and prepared. I was out the door in no time flat. Friendly and professional staff!

The staff was friendly. They were focused on patient safety and made sure that not too many people were in the lobby at the same time. The PA was professional.

The walk in office in Aptos is amazing! I did not have to wait, was greeted by a super friendly front office person. The doctor was really nice, informative and gave 100% to answering my questions. I felt I was in good hands and will use this office again and refer them to others!!!

This was a great experience from beginning to end. I was able to call in and make an appointment for what was basically an urgent care visit. Instead of sitting and waiting for hours to be seen, I just showed up at the appointed time and was admitted within 3 minutes. I was seen by Kellie Ralph at the Aptos location. She was amazing. Friendly, positive, professional and engaging. Next time I need an urgent care visit for any reason, I am going back here.
