What an incredible staff

Finally a gym that works for me!

I'm 25 years old, haven't worked out since high school, and noticed my summer clothes didnt fit...
I had tried other gyms in the past and I never could keep consistant. I never knew how long people stay at the gym or how to use the machines.

After seeing a groupon for Curves, I went and checked it out.

I also heard that Curves was primarily for seniors or very very out of shape people. But let's talk real, those first few workouts I was a hot mess. And I still sweat through my shirt. The machines are programmed the faster you go, the more resistant, hence, the harder the workout.

The first 5 sessions I had a personal trainer/the lovely owner making sure I was using the machines correctly. She remembers your name and constantly keeps you motivated. I no longer am lost when it comes to working out and stretching afterwards.
The workouts are 30 minutes, and I'm able to easily commit during my lunch break or after work.

The gym is clean, equipped with a changing room and rest room. They do monthly measurements and weigh ins (optional).

I still have a ways to go but and I am looking forward to being strong, confident, and fit! Thank you Curves!
