A local HVAC repair company wanted 3700.00 to replace our central heating unit (They refused to repair it - it's pretty old, and maybe there would be liability issues? Who knows). Anyway, as much as I'd love a new one, I didn't have the budget.

Great local business! They always have the parts we need at a very good price. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly both over the phone and in person. They offer advice on the parts we are purchasing and make sure to answer all our questions before we leave.
Great place for parts when you need to do some DIY work on older appliances. They had everything we needed and were very helpful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I will most likely return for other parts just in case my washer decides to act up again!

I called the manufacturer (frigidaire) and spoke to 2 techs who gave me totally bogus information about how to replace it, had me take the whole front of the washer control panel off, and after 1.5 hours my partner and I cried uncle.
