Hunter Douglas service help line referred me to Chase's when they didn't have the shade part that was broken. Chase's did have the part and fixed the Duette shade for less cost than previous factory repairs.
I also had all of my Venetian blinds cleaned and got a quantity discount.
Donna at Chase was able to get the Hunter Douglas warranty replacement done on another 22yo Duette shade.
They sell Hunter Douglas products.
Is 10 stars an option??? I called in the morning and brought my Hunter-Douglas Duette blind in for repair at 12pm. I was so happy that it was done in 2 hours. I appreciate the rush job as this is for the bedroom and I do not want to get up with the sun. Super kind and helpful staff and excellent work. My shade is back up and working as if it was new. Thank you so much.
I had a great experience buying my new blinds from Chase’s. I called and Ted was able to come out to my house a couple days later. He guided me through the whole process and helped me to pick out my dream “Las Vegas hotel room” dark blackout blinds for my bedroom. Shelley was wonderful and helpful over the course of helping me get my blinds repaired from Hunter Douglas. Once they were returned to Chase, then Ted the installer came out and was kind, considerate and was very thorough and neat. I love my blinds:) Thx Guys for all your help.
We had Chase Carpets and Blinds clean our carpets a couple of month back and I was expecting the same results I usually get: Spots that would resurface. Not so this time. I am very happy with the results and was even happier with the technician that came to my house. Very thorough, and friendly. I'll definitely will use this company again.
