  I love this dealership. The service we received since buying our Outback has been superb. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend their services.

  Fairfield Subaru is great. In 2015, I was visiting a friend in Fairfield, and we stopped by to look at cars. I bought my first Subaru Outback Premium. A few years later, I received an enticement in the mail from Fairfield Subaru, and it asked if I would like a new Subaru Outback for $20 more a month. I didn't choose that option, but upgraded to the 2017 Subaru Outback Limited. I thought I was all set with my Outback, but found out the trailer I want to pull requires a 5000 lb. towing capacity. So once again, I headed to Fairfield Subaru. I live in Chico, and could choose to buy there at the local Subaru dealership. It's a great place too. However, I keep coming back to Fairfield Subaru, because everyone of my experiences have been great. I'm loyal to this place because they are good to me. I now own the 2019 Subaru Ascent. All I can say about that car is amazing!!! The sales staff, a shout out to Rachael, the finance department, Emad, and the service department are all amazing. The guy who keeps everything running smooth throughout the company is the GM Wahid. Go see him and he will take care of you.

  Stopped in on a cold, rainy day and was on the lot for about 15 min. before being approached by Larry N., who spotted us on his return from lunch. Nice, no pressure sales experience and test drive. Larry N. made our purchase of a 2019 Forester pleasant, easy, and quick. Five stars for Larry N. Three stars for the facility= no showroom, steep driveway, etc.

  Emma, our salesperson was awesome. She made us feel right at home and made our sales experience the best ever. She went above and beyond to ensure the Outback we ought was perfect. Thanks to her efforts we bought a Touring Edition. We highly recommend her and have spread the word to our family, friends, and business associates to see her. Thanks Emma for all you do, it’s so appreciated.
