I feel so great I also follow their diet plan, and now I have my own. I feel better my goal is to reach 140 lbs and i will never stop. After a shoulder surgery, two surgeries on my left knee, health scares, and multiple miscarriages I became less and less active and gained a lot of weight. I felt defeated as a woman, as a wife, and just disappointed in everything I couldn’t do. Until I realized that I the change I needed was to learn how to love me again, become who I wanted to be and not become the defeated person I felt like. Devoting time to me was going back to college and getting back into “shape”. I wanted to be active and healthy again and boot camp helped me do that. So far I’m down 27 pounds and lost many inches but more importantly I’m up in good spirits, confidence, I’m active, healthy, and feeling myself again.
Fit Body Boot Camp Fairfield is by far one of the best things that could have happen for me .So conveniently close. 30 minute kick a$$ class that fits any and every schedule. The Coaches coach Liz and coach Vic are outstanding and the staff is great. Be sure to visit Mark he will take good care of you.
Awesome place to work out and become fit as well as be motivated to live a healthy lifestyle!! All the coaches are awesome and make it fun also they are determined to push me us and encourage to not give up to push our body and test our strength making us stronger, I love this place, I will becoming a member!!! I highly recommend this boot camp, and the work outs are intense. They earned their 5 stars!!
