Rio Vista RV Park

Great park. Great Location. I was visiting my daughter who lives at the park and I can't believe how it's grown and changed since my daughter moved in over a year ago.

To be honest I didn't want her to stay at that park because it had a shady reputation and it didn't feel safe and secure. I am so happy to see all the changes that have been made since Janice came on board. She is a delight and very personable. She has great insight and I like the things she's done. I feel that park has done a complete 180. Good work Janice. Great work Cascade/Rio VIsta Park

I drove through the Rio Vista RV Park the other day and I cannot believe the changes that have been made since I was by there last.

I met Janice the manager and she was showing me around the place. She has some great ideas and I can't wait to get back by this was to see what Janice has implemented next.

I live here in the park. I really enjoy living on the water. Janice is a cool manager and has made a lot of changes so far and continues to. 'She is doing a great job

I was buying a house in Rio VIsta's Trilogy and I needed to rent a house for a couple months until my house was ready.

It was such a nice experience. Janice was great. She managed things for me and was quick to resolve everything that I observed her doing for her other tenants.

I like the park. I really enjoyed meeting Janice. The place has really cleaned up and it looks like a better class of tenants. I really liked meeting Janice. She has a lovely and very friendly smile. I can tell her heart is into it when she talks about the things she'd like to change moving forward. All the tenants who interacted with Janice while I was there were friendly and respectful towards her. You can just tell she has a great rapport with them. I'm definitely planning to stop back by here again.
