(December 14, 2017, 12:29 pm)Other than learning Kajukenbo, Brazilian Jujitsu, Judo, boxing, Muay Thai kick boxing, there's other programs. There's a non-profit program called BREATHE Program (Bully Response Education Aimed Towards Helping Everyone), free woman's self defense & learn about health supplements. Truly a Train 4 Life Center.

They combine self defense with a sense of respect for country, god and self. They have a great program for children and are an awesome supporter of the community.
