  Very clean location. Warm and compassionate people. The MRI machine is open and the room is pleasant. The technician keeps you informed during the testing, so as to eliminate any stress during this unpleasant procedure. I’ve done 3 MRIs there in the last few years and will return again if necessary.

  It took me 4 tries to get my MRI done this place did the trick!! They were kind caring especially the receptionist!! The man doing was helpful in getting the person who came with me to watch so I could feel safe! I definitely recommend this place especially if you have special needs!

  Michelle was extremely helpful, above and beyond and a pleasure to deal with. Sorry I don't know the name of the technician, very helpful, patient and relaxing. I would recommend this office and Open MRI to anyone. Don Jaykins

  I had a great experience at Vallejo Open MRI Center. All the folks there were friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility is clean and comfortable. This visit was my second. It took two tries for me to get the procedure done due to my claustrophobic reaction the first try. The technician was very understanding and the second time went through with absolutely no problems. Make sure you arrive early. There is a bit of paperwork. They ask very thorough health questions.... not just insurance information. It made me feel more at ease, that even though I was not in a hospital, I was dealing with medical personnel. I definitely recommend this office.
