  I would definitely recommend anyone that's looking for a nice quiet clean community take the time and stop by the office friendly courtesy in very detailed.

  While doing an apartment hunt for my Mother I had viewed several properties prior to finding this property. I entered the office and was greeted by Nora (leasing consultant) I spoke with her regarding a downstairs apartment and she told me that she had one available and took me to view it. OMG the floor plan it was incredible, exactly what I wanted for my Mother with great ammenities. Besides having the luxurious feel this apartment home is in close proximity to her church, the mailbox, parking, Clubhouse, pool, gym, not to mention the Vallejo Plaza and Redwood Square shopping center, Walmart, Buttercup and more!!! I was so excited about it I went and picked up my mother brought her back down from Fairfield to view her perspective residence and she fell in love with it. With regards to previous reviews read on google, I spoke with Nora regarding our reserves and she assured me that that there is new management and maintenance at this property since the poor reviews 6-8 months ago. She said that there will be no issues we have to deal with regarding security of vehicles and apartments and safety of residents as well as normal upkeep of the property including pet waste. I am looking forward to living in this hidden gem!!!
