  Not sure if this is a five star restaurant overall but was exactly what we needed. Food was great. My wife and daughter were happy :) after checking in our hotel 15 miles inland and having zero food options nearby and it wasn’t even 7 pm, so we had to drive back into Bodega for dinner after a long drive along PCH Hwy 1. All I wanted was clam chowder and it was yummy. We needed yummy food and got it. Like everything in CA, it was overpriced but we didn’t care to have to spend over $120 for a simple dinner with 1 glass of wine, for 2 adults and 1 12-year-old girl ;)

  Had the pleasure of coming here with family for lunch while sight seeing in Bodega Bay. The restaurant sits right on the shore and had a beautiful view of the water. For appetizers, we got the fresh oysters, garlic butter oysters, and creamy calamari. All tasted spectacular, but my absolute favorite was the garlic butter oysters. I also ordered the salmon for the entree. It was cooked perfectly and didn’t taste dry at all. The sauce and sides it came with were also delicious. Only caveat is that the restaurant is a bit pricy, but the taste of the food made it worth it. Would definitely recommend as a outstanding food option if in the Bodega Bay Area.

  After trying to find good seafood all over the San Fran area we ended up on the coast and finally got some that was memorable. The clam chowder was the best of the week, and yes, I had one cup each day at different places in the bay area. The wind was blowing very hard this day, but inside we were warm and comfortable as well as being able to look outside at the bay, all the while 2 sea lions were playing around inside the pier area around the restaurant.
