I was looking to replace my 15yr old Trek MB and after a fair amount of online research I discovered Bikes On Line and the Polygon line of MBs. Ordering the bike online was easy and worked out great. All the info online checked out and the bike was delivered mostly on time and was easy to setup just like I expected. My biggest complaint is that I waited too long to order and the model with the dropper post wasn't available but then I didn't want to wait even longer to get that one, so I ordered the D7 without dropper post just so I could get my first new bike in almost 20 years. If it wasn't for the pandemic issues getting things delivered, I'm sure I would've been even happier with that other model. Thanks!
