(May 20, 2021, 10:15 pm)The staff was very helpful and understanding to my daughter and I when we came in after an auto accident. The PA Marisa King was amazing. She made the both of us comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She explained to me that I may have broke my wrist and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The support staff, from the gentleman that gave me my tetnas shot to the woman that helped with my wrist made me feel comfortable and explained everything that they were doing to me. They definitely put our minds at ease!!

(May 16, 2021, 11:30 am)Service was speedy and amazing. I checked in, got my vitals, had an x ray, saw my physician, and got my medicine within 45 minutes. Amazing service. Wonder patient care. Highly impressed with the service.

I was especially grateful with my recent experience and very appreciative that the doctor had her nurses check in on me after referring me to the ER, and wanted to be updated on the results. I felt like she actually cared about my well-being. I haven’t had many doctors in this area (mainly Sentara doctors) care much about anything, so it was refreshing, to say the least.

My nurse was a truly sweetheart and I couldn't ask a better service than this. They treat you like a family member and they make you feel like you're at home.
