  I arrived right around closing time and instead of trying to get home early for the weekend these guys stayed and helped change my oil for my truck. It's for my work, a company owned vehicle, and the deadline to get this done for me was today. They even added air to my tires, my tire pressure monitoring light was on. I am so grateful these guys stayed open for me, this was incredibly important. I'm going to tell everyone I know to get their oil changed here at this location in Petaluma. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!!

  Huge shout out to the staff here, and to whomever owns/manages to it! My oil change was super fast, granted there was no one ahead of me, but most importantly the STAFF were great!! All of the young men working were so friendly and polite. They offered me add-ons but I never once felt pressured, just offered and moved on when I declined. Such a high level of positive customer service such a rarity, I’m happy to take the time out to say thank you and keep up the great work!!

  My first time back there in years, I was pleased by the positive leadership and team spirit led by Jordan. They were efficient, friendly and seemed to be having a good time on a hot day. I appreciate being at places such as this and will go there regularly from now on.

  I have to thank each service technician for their friendly service. Thank you for taking care of my car. It's not easy for us women to trust anyone with our car care needs. But these guys are on top of it. I highly recommend this shop.
