(August 18, 2022, 6:32 pm)I love it here. The apartments are beautiful but the best thing is the staff! The maintenance crew is so nice and responsive and on top of that they're sweet to my overly curious cats who want to be all up in their business as they fix things or replace lightbulbs or whatever. Then there's Jacqueline and Steven who run everything and are the most accommodating and helpful. I've never lived in an apartment where I got to know the people running it but it's been so lovely. Unfortunately I got a new job that moves me up north so I'm moving. It really feels like leaving neighborhood friends, they are that great

(July 9, 2022, 6:53 pm)I recently visited The Artisan. This property is so lovely! Great floor plans. The tour was led by a fabulous and very knowledgeable young manager named Steven. All of the residents clearly adore him. The pool, clubhouse and gym are beautiful and well-appointed.

(April 28, 2022, 12:47 am)The Artisan is a wonderful place to live, beautifully maintained (brand new landscaping and redone spa!), managed by a great team who make it feel like home. Jacqueline, Steven, Horacio and Lex are all incredibly responsive, friendly and quick to respond and resolve any issue, no matter how small. After a bad experience going through an ownership transition at a previous apartment complex, I was concerned about the quality of management dropping, but since the handoff it has only gotten better. Absolutely recommend this apartment complex.

(April 22, 2022, 6:30 pm)When I went to visit the Artesian in search for an apartment I was met by Steven, the Assistant Manager of the property. Steven immediately greeted me in a most professional and courteous manner. He took the time to find out what my specific needs were without being pushy in the least. He took me on a tour of the property, showed me a few units and explained everything in detail. The Artesian is very fortunate to have him on there team. Granted the property is very nice but Steven played a big role with me making the decision to live there. Great job Steven!
