  Today I took a Buti Yoga class here. The instructor Zan was very welcoming. The room was spacious and I enjoyed the atmosphere - the buddhas, and festive white lights. There were four people in the class, and it felt very personal and intimate. I felt great after the body movement, and look forward to taking a class from her again in the future. Also, parking was easy at 8am for the 8:30am class.

  The 2 yoga classes I attended were great, and the instructor delightful..

  This is a GREAT gym. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I was wanting/needing to get back in shape to keep up with my extremely active daughter. I was worried about hurting myself if I jumped right in to classes, so I bought 20 personal training sessions with Amira first. Such a great investment in my health and physical and mental well-being. My goal was to develop a baseline of functional fitness, strengthen my core and basically not hurt myself in the process. I am about 14 sessions into the training package, I feel great, my core is MUCH stronger and as a bonus I have lost almost 15 lbs. I went to my first bootcamp class at the gym today and was challenged but not overwhelmed by the work load. I also HIGHLY recommend Jen's AMAZING power vinyasa yoga classes. The instructors are super attentive, kind and supportive and absolutely know their stuff (I have a master's degree in Kinesiology and was a college athlete... so I know if people are legit....and they are LEGIT). Their motto is "If not now, when?" So true. Just check it out...you won't be disappointed. So glad I made that first step!
  
  Not sure what the other poster's issue was with Gina. I went to her restorative yoga class and she took the time to check in with each student multiple times during the class and made me and all the other newbies feel welcomed and comfortable.

  Are you looking for a fitness center that doesn't judge you but yet assists you in meeting your health and fitness goals? This is the place for you. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, positive and "inspiring". My husband and I were in from out of town and wanted to improve/change our workout habits while vacationing. We participated in the TRX and Pilates classes. Both trainers were excellent. The only negative is that we can't attend this fitness center on a regular basis. Give it a try. What do you have to lose?

  I've been to many gym and Inspired Fitness ranks high on my list. To start the gym is clean. Second the trainers understand commitment to fitness and get what it take to get fit. Third the equipment is high end and working in tip top condition. Overall I give the gym 5 stars!!!
