And I am almost always caught off guard by how friendly and helpful the staff are. They're always happy to not only sell me items but also with any knowledge and advice they may have. It's one of the few places where I feel like I'm not just a customer but a friend. Once, I was even given a discount on my items, on my birthday. I don't know of any other business that would do that!
