  They were caring and professional. Helped to ease my mind after the first funeral home I contacted became unresponsive after several days of trying to contact. Within 15 minutes of contacting Franklin and Downs they sent me a pricing sheet and once I confirmed I wanted to proceed I had the release within an hour. They communicated all steps with me in the process of picking up my moms remains. They were a huge blessing in a difficult time.

  Words can't describe how grateful we are with this funeral home. They where extremely professional made sure to aid us with any questions or needs that we had. The ceremony was exactly what we had envisioned. We where helped by extremely compassionate people and it felt like everyone went above and beyond for my little girls funeral. I am so thankful for all of you that helped us out. From the very beginning of us meeting you all, until the very end as you guys helped us load our belongings in our car. Kristi and Tammy thank you both for creating the vision we had for my little girl's service and the rest of the team thank you guys for all the work you all did to help us with this day.

  I wanted to thank all of Franklin and Downs Funeral Home for the amazing way they treated us and accommodated for our needs. Especially to Tamara Webb, she was so nice and sweet made the whole service run smoothly. She went above and beyond for this service and I am happy to have had her with us on the service planning. She responded to all my emails and calls with a timely manner. Thank you for the amazing services.

  When it comes to losing a loved one you never really think about how important chosing the right funeral home could be. I'd have to say the only thing that made the process bearable was the people at Franklin and Downs. Specifically Kristi AhYou. I felt like we were so lost and grief stricken and she took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. The ceremony, the setup and the viewing went smoothly and she walked us through each step. Honestly she was God sent not just through the funeral process but in our talks. She helped my family on a personal level understand exactly what to expect and was sensitive to our feelings. She listened to our request and made sure everything was how we wanted it down to each detail. In addition we never felt any added pressure. It seemed like everything was just taken care of so we could attend to each other instead of the added stressors that come with burying a loved one. Thank you Kristi and Franklin & Downs for allowing us to have the most beautiful ceremony for my brother and for taking the time to lift us up in our darkest moment. My family is grateful for you.

  Very pleased with Franklin & Downs Funeral Home. The staff was very caring and helpful. Navaz was amazing!!! Very thankful for the understanding she had regarding my mother. I always let everyone know how professional Franklin & Downs services are. They really know how to take care of the family when their loved one has passed and think of everything. Very much appreciated!!!!
