I had an amazing experience at Mercedes Modesto! My sales rep Gurvinder Judge was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable; he made the whole car buying process really simple and quick. I only went to the dealership to take a test drive and walked out with a brand new car just because Gurvinder was such an amazing salesman. We went in for our 1st time. Fresno Mercedes is where we usually go for our maintenance. Their service is outstanding! I waited for 40 minutes with no help.Jake attempted to do what he could. Apparently no more could be done. After being there for over an hour, Sean Sands asked if I needed help and quickly resolved the issue. We will gladly bring our future maintenance to Modesto because of the help that we received from Sean.
