Outstanding support 24/7. I needed a large outdoor unit in a hurry and every time I called I either talked to live people at the location I wanted or knowledgeable people at one of their other locations who knew everything I needed to ask about the place I wanted a storage unit.

They have an excellent online system, and even discount rate if you do it all online and then come down and sign the paperwork, and there are a number of discounts going right now that are quite attractive

Their location units are spotlessly clean, attractive not run down, have good wide spaces between the fences and the buildings, I feel very secure with my stuff there and they have very easy access with hours as good or better as others in the business

There are no surprises, no BS, and the best customer service I've ever run into at storage units which I've had many times over the years.. as I told Irma I look forward to being one of her best customers, and would glad refer anybody to them

Great storage facility, comfortable temperatures inside the building where my unit is located, really great woman who works in the office who is really nice and helpful. I would definitely encourage people to consider this location if they are looking for a storage unit.

This was my 1st choice when I searched for a self storage unit. My experience was very positive from the beginning. From the reservation process to checking in. I received a quote that you can not beat in the bay area. Office is very nice and the facility is very clean well lit and secured. The Resident Manager Irma Martinez was very professional and thorough. She was kind warm and displayed excellent customer serservice to me. Thank you Irma for making this a positive experience and I would highly recommend this self-storage facility to everyone.

Man, let me tell you from the moment I walked in, Anthony was great! I knew I was going to be taken care of start to finish after our brief interaction. He went above and beyond showing me what I wanted vs what I needed, ended up listening to my story and why I needed storage etc… it was an overall great experience from start to finish. Working in the hospitality field, you guys have a gem working for you! Thanks again for all your help!

Irma was so helpful, professional and warm. She gave me thorough, detailed explanations of everything, made sure my gate code worked, sold me a lock, and walked me over to the storage unit personally. I am very impressed with her customer service and feel like I made a great choice renting a storage space here.

Under new management, the food was delicious. Friendly servers and clean restaurant. Definitely coming back!

The best Mexican seafood and homemade mix margaritas, for at least 100 miles.

Had the dinner special salmon extra good and only $27 and the service is like family and everything is always the best all the way around the best in the valley period.

As soon as you walk in you notice how dark it's in there. Other than the food is tasty...the beans were a bit on the hard side though. Excellent customer service and you could tell the locals love the place it was pretty packed. Another thing to note is that every combo does come with a small salad and soup which was really good. All combos beginning around $15.
