If you are looking for a church family that is Christ-centered, biblically faithful, loving, and that is committed to reaching Turlock with the gospel then this is a congregation you ought to consider. The pastor is committed to the truth of God's Word, but also very committed to loving our neighbors. The motto at BABC is "Faith Family, and Love" the focus is on lifting up Jesus so that He will draw people to Himself.
Our family has been here for over two years now, and we have seen the church becoming healthier and more focused. God is on the move, and I feel that this church family is ready to join Him in what He is already doing in Turlock. I am very excited to see new ministry ventures starting soon, including a college ministry. Other ministries where you can grow and serve include children's church, Sunday School for adults and students, a Wednesday night Bible study for both adults and students, a ministry to our senior saints, and an opportunity to serve every month at the Turlock Gospel Mission.
One more thing that I absolutely love about Berkeley Avenue Baptist Church is that the pastor and his wife are very welcoming to families with kids that have special needs. This means the world to us, as we have a son who has some special needs.
This is a great church family to join with for all of these reasons, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a congregation to call home.

Beautiful teachings! They are always biblically sound and I always walk out learning so much and gain a stronger appreciation for God's word as well as implementing them into my walk with Christ. Awesome people and spiritually uplifting.
