Hummus Republic

Very good delicious food with a ton of options! I like the chipotle style ordering where you can customize your order as you'd like, have come back many times!

This is a very nice place. I have been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and definitely love their bowls that come with pita on the side. You have the option to select your sauces, your veggies, meats etc. make the bowl according to your preference and the taste is very good

Came back from sequoia and camping for 3 days, we were craving hummus. We can here to try it out and it was pretty good but not better than Cava. I wish there was rice or better carbs to eat the food with. Charged extra for egg plant and extra for steak which is ok. Lots of selections and toppings to chose from. Flavorful for what it is and depending on what you select. Lemon chicken and steak were pretty good. Give it a try, you’ll like it.

Not the best picture the lid kinda squished everything but that's only because they pack the bowls full. Everything was fresh and very flavorful the employees were super sweet and helpful, even though they were swamped. They have a little something for everyone and their portions are seriously huge lol I got the bowl with falafel and lemon chicken both very tasty and I also got every topping they had some are extra cost but definitely worth it, my huge bowl, and a pomegranate lemonade plus tip was $22.

Please bring this to Missouri!

Delicious and fresh! So many toppings and hummus styles. Absolutely loved the bowl I ordered and would highly recommend this to anyone needing a quick bite but also wants to eat something good for their body!
