Very reasonable and knowledgeable.
Our Audi Q7 showed multiple cylinders misfire.
We almost canceled our trip but after fixing he assured us that car is ok and we can complete our journey.

An hour later I fixed it myself and am back in the road. All's he asked for was for me to leave a review.
