Can't say enough good about this place! Excellent staff & procedures! Making the appt online thru their website went very quickly. They stayed in contact with me from the time I made the appointment to a few days prior to my appointment. When I asked questions via email they replied very quickly and their drop off & pickup procedures were streamlined, quick & very efficient. Post op information & instructions given were detailed & followed up in an email before I even arrived home. I have been here years ago and was hesitant to return based on my experience but they have undergone many positive changes and I would highly recommend them!! Thanks for doing such a great job & caring so much for our baby!!

I had a great experience here for a dental cleaning on my small dog. Very reasonable cost, for one thing. But even more important: Everyone was friendly and attentive, and my dog is happy! It can be a challenge to get someone on the phone when calling, and I'm sure they can get very busy at times, but they called me back and it wasn't a big problem.

I have taken a cat there on two occasions. Once for spaying and once for shots. In this time of covid, they do not let you go inside. Drive up and someone comes out to your car. They then take the animal inside. In the case of vaccination, they bring the animal back to you in your waiting car. The spay required returning later the same day. They are efficient and friendly.

Friendly, accurate, quick, knowledgeable at your service. These people know what the are doing how to explained what was done and willing to go a little extra way if needed or need be.
