(October 3, 2018, 8:41 am)For my 52nd birthday, I received a $5 off coupon from Supercuts and I quickly scheduled an appointment by signing in online and had zero wait time (mid-week/mid-day). The stylist was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a much-needed and fresh hairstyle which left my hair shoulder length. After completing the cut she asked if I'd like my new haircut blown dry and styled. Since I had the $5 off coupon I ASSUMED (incorrectly) that the blow dry would cost me less than the haircut. However, I was STUNNED when I was advised that the total bill due AFTER the $5 off coupon, was still almost $30!! Before tip!! Then the stylist advised that the blow dry was based on hair length which baffled be further as I now have shoulder length hair!!! I begrudgingly paid her approximately $35 and I went home feeling taken advantage of and no longer excited about my fantastic new haircut...So I guess I am to blame for not asking the proper questions but I'm on the fence about whether I will be returning. Seriously? $30 For a cut, style/blow out and discounted service????
