  The maintenance crew here is excellent. Bob the maintenance supervisor is very knowledgeable, courtesy, hardworking. He takes great pride in his work and goes beyond. He always has the magic touch when completing your maintenance request and reflects this on his crew members. Thanks!

  Wonderful place to live! Great amenities and fabulous service. I recently had Robert (Tech 3) visit and take care of a maintenance problem. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. All the maintenance personnel and staff here are fantastic! Great job!
  
  Here is an update to my original review: After two and a half years, I moved from Avalon Mission Oaks to be closer to my daughter's new school. The experience living there was fantastic -- especially from the office team of Payton Wilson and Kelli. The maintenance team, lead by Bob, took care of any and every maintenance request with speed and efficiency. All together, everyone at Avalon Mission Oaks made it very easy for my family to call it HOME!

  Been living here for 4 months and absolutely love this community so far! The office staff and the maintenance guys are efficient and response to any issues you have within 24 hours. The community is great with monthly food trucks, pet happy hours, snow cone days. Parking is also great. Each apartment gets one assigned spot and the 2nd car can park in the open space. I never had trouble finding a spot.
  I also love how Vons, CVS, a few restaurants are walking distance from this community. There's also a trail nearby too!

  Avalon is a great place to live we have been here over a year now and cant express how much we love it here, clean and SAFE area. What really makes avalon of mission oaks a great place to live is the maintenance crew they are very professional and always very prompt on any work order we place. Today Bob and Humberto replaced our washer in a very prompt and professional way. They are always available even after hours wich is a big plus. Office staff is great as well.

  Bob from maintenance came by today to repair my window and blinds, he was quite thorough and friendly! I can't say enough about the staff, they are ALL GREAT!! This is what makes living here at Avalon such an awesome experience.
