I needed a radiator for my 2005 Honda Civic so I called around for quotes. I called JD Radiator and they were almost half the price of other shops. He gave me an out-the-door quote and I couldn't turn it down.
When I showed up, it was a little shop hidden behind a stereo store. The mechanic was there with the part ready to install it. He was very nice and he made me feel comfortable about being able to do the repair.
I returned a few hours later and the new radiator was installed. The mechanic went over the repair with me and explained what he did and even showed me where the old part failed. He included new upper and lower hoses and a new thermostat at no additional charge.
When it came time to pay, the total was exactly what he quoted me over the phone. He gave me a three year parts and labor warranty and informed me that they also perform other types of repairs. I would definitely go back there again and I would recomend them to anyone looking for affordable repairs and good service.
