From the get-go, John was great to work with. It was easy to schedule an appointment and he was clear and communicative about the process & price estimates. He also gave me a courtesy call the morning of my appointment, and another call when he was en route to the apartment. He cleaned the carpets in our 2-bedroom apartment in about an hour. Great service & pleasant to work with!

James was very professional, and took his time to make sure the problem area of the carpet were properly taken care of! The carpet dried quickly and is now super soft and smells much better!
