I lived here for 2 years and I thought it was just fine. I had a 1 bedroom (750 sq ft) with a balcony that i shared with my wife. Local management are good people so long as you treat them with respect (which you should do with anyone). Management are willing and able work with you to navigate the corporate policies! Community is nice, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the location is very convenient. Quiet little community with hiking trails nearby.
