Rod serviced our property last month. He was thorough and we were happy with his work. I am especially happy with the service which got rid of ants during the hot spell last summer, and also the black widow spiders that persisted by our front door.
they do a good job The only problem I see is they have a high turnover rate of technicians which I understand not a glorious job. only get the same technician maybe twice. my yard is fenced and sometimes they don't de-web and spray the fence, which is the original reason I switched to them a couple years ago. they assured me my fence would get sprayed and de-webbed sometimes they do sometimes they don't and I'm not there we they come
Hector was extremely professional, very polite and quite knowledgeable. He did not try to swindle us for every dollar but educated us on the best course of action to alleviate the problems we had and implement a strong battle plan to rid us of our pest infestation. I will highly recommend Valley Gard and Hector for a good quality service at a very reasonable price.

I wish I could say I found these guys on the internet, but the truth is that I saw them spraying a neighbors house and struck up a conversation. Right away Jonathan and Guillermo introduced themselves and we discussed the services they offer and their rates. All this in 5 minutes of meeting them. Our last exterminators had been by 3 times and the amount of conversation between us in total didn't amount to 5 minutes.
Coming from chicago, I've been kind of blown away by the level of customer service out here in California. but these guys were exceptional in a place where customer service is already above average.
Wow! We'd been vaguely dissatisfied with our (now!) former exterminator, so when we saw Jon and Guillermo from Valley Guard working at a neighbors house, we thought that was a pretty good endorsement.
Fantastic professionalism and amazing service (and genuinely friendly, to boot). They were great with the dog and made sure we knew how to keep her safe after they'd sprayed. They also, with no prompting, took on our pool pump shed -- which used to have every spider in Simi.
Ashley at the office followed up right away and was ready to address any questions.
Honestly one of the best experiences I've had with anyone providing home services. If they'd expand their work to electrical and plumbing, we'd be all set.
