  Ooo that coffee machine is LIT! Wish they would do a basic car wash when i bring them in for service. They say Fridays they wash cars for free, but even when I asked they forget to do it and the moment passes....

  Brought my Highlander in for service twice now. Service was performed within the advertised timeframe and within the estimated cost. Very different experience from other Toyota dealerships... very happy so far.

  Great job guys! I brought my car in for service today an was told time to wait was between an hour and an hour and one half. Guess what, to my suprise the had it done in 35 minutes. Love the service department here. Most places you go it like a doctor's office - wait around for ever. It is not that way at Thousand Oaks Service Department. Thanks for getting me in and out so fast. Here is an award for your efforts.

  I bought my Toyota Sienna here and I love it. In my opinion it is the best car made. I want to say the the service department is the best also. Great customer service and they were very quick to get me in and out and on my way. I highly recommend using this company. They dersive a cake for their great service. "Problem is I don't know how to bake a cake :)"
