Kevin is a fantastic trainer! I originally hired him for just one instructional session, but changes my mind immediately as I realized the benefits of continuing to work with him each week. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and health. His down to earth, calm, and friendly demeanor always make our sessions even more enjoyable. I couldn't speak more highly of Kevin!
I had several personal sessions with Kevin, he was a great hands-on instructor. I didn't have much experience with weight training, so it really made me feel comfortable knowing that he was always very conscientious of keeping me just within my own limits. He did a great job of reading me as a student, because while I was pushed much harder than I would have done on my own, I still never felt as though things got out of hand. He's a very laid back, "no pressure" kinda guy, but serious about work, would definitely recommend him to friends looking for a trainer.
