  Colony Parc is a great apartment complex. We especially love the maintenance team (Israel is awesome!). The team always responds promptly to maintenance requests and takes care of anything we need the same day the request is submitted. The guys are always around the complex and available for questions. I also appreciate the groundskeepers/gardeners as they keep the complex looking clean and well kept.

  The maintenance and grounds crew here are the very best. Timely, efficient, and helpful, I couldn't ask for a better team to maintain my apartment . The grounds always look great and any issues are solved quickly.

  Israel Hobbs is GREAT! He is approachable, helpful, punctual, and reliable. Every time I have a concern or issue I am able to rely on him to get my requests done in a timely manner. I also appreciate his professionalism. Overall, I am happy and content with his work!

  Israel and his maintenance team go above and beyond to make sure all residents are taken care of as quickly as possible! Thank you for making sure we’re all taken care of. Your guys’ hard work doesn’t go unnoticed :)

  This place is great! My husband and I have been living here for a few years now and we’ve always felt so welcomed. The office staff (Chastity, Karen) is very friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure the residents are happy, they even throw fun community events from time to time! The maintenance staff (Isreal, Salvador, Eric) is professional and responsive, definitely never worry when something goes wrong and needs to get fixed.
