(May 11, 2020, 7:45 pm)Heather has an amazing attention to detail and an uncanny ability to isolate issues and resolve them. Had a knee and hip pain problem that no one could resolve for over a year. Heather quickly saw the problem and after a few months of attention in her class it is all gone.

(February 26, 2020, 1:25 am)This studio is clean and welcoming. Heather is an expert at discovering what your body needs and how to get you out of pain. She is always going to workshops to learn more about movement and how to effectively help people. She’s a happy cheerful person who makes you feel comfortable instantly. I highly recommend her. I take weekly sessions with her and she keeps me out of back pain. I lived with chronic pain and Pilates and Heather changed that for me 3 years ago. I love her classes!
