The Trees

Honestly such an amazing place to live. The staff is incredibly nice and always diligent. Such a quaint and quiet place, I've honestly never had any problems throughout my whole year of living here, and I signed my lease for a second year. There were a couple of times when they had to shut off the water or the heater in order to fix an emergency leak, but they always email you as soon as possible, so it's as efficient as can be. Also super convenient because it's close to the bus stops and there's a small marketplace just up the road. If you have the opportunity to live here, I would give it a shot!

The Trees is possibly the best apartment complex I've lived in. In my 3 years there I experienced excellent service from management, quick and polite work from maintenance, and a beautifully-maintained and safe apartment and complex. It is close to bus stops, parks, restaurants, and grocery stores.

I love this non-smoking apartment

I moved out about 2 years ago. After living in 3 different apartments before The Trees and 2 after moving out I can say with confidence that The Trees was by far the best rental I have ever lived in. Staff has never been anything but friendly and helpful. Grounds are well kept. Maintenance is quick and always understanding.

I lived here two years from 2014 to 2016. I've lived in other apartment complexes in Davis, but this was my favorite! The property is quiet, pet friendly, AND well kept--not a combination you can easily find around here. Management is super helpful, too. Shout out to Jacque in the front office for making The Trees an awesome place to live!
