This is such a great workout. I love that I can come 5 days a week, even of I am sore and still get so much out of workouts. Each workout is so different... and I LOVE yoga Fridays!!!
I've only been going for about 3 to 4 weeks now, and I'm already feeling so much better and stronger. Great mix of classes and amazing instructors! Best decision I've made in a long time.
