AT&T Store

I went in to cancel the Internet account my mom had set up. She died without leaving information available- Passmore, etc. I called customer service and they said to to talk to someone at the AT&T store. It's no longer a corporate store, but Chloe helped me anyway by contacting corporate for me and confirming that I brought in the official paperwork. She was so kind through the whole process.

I have been a loyal AT&T customer for 16 years and working with Julian Rincon has been the most outstanding experience I have ever had in one of your stores. He is extremely knowledgeable with all of your products and equally patient and personable. It was indeed a pleasure to work with him and I would give him my very highest rating.

The customer service people were super patient with helping me set up a cellular account for my iwatch. I would never have figured it out on my own. It took some time, and they had a great attitude about it.
