We've unfortunately had two water damages this past year. This review is for the second and largest. Both times we had Leo Flores come out to handle the mitigation from start to finish. Leo
is extremely responsive, trustworthy, and hard working. He understands that events like this are hard on homeowners and makes sure all the bases are covered. I cannot recommend Leo enough, he is awesome.

After coming back from work there was a big back up in my basement. Leo showed up within the hour, explained the process and got to work with his crew! Did a great job and took care of our basement in a very professional manner and kept it clean! Appreciate the hard work these guys out in! Thank you

During a recent flood Leo’s response was amazing. Quick response, explained everything, solved the problem and kept us updated along the way!! Leo and his team did a great job! Definitely recommend to family and friends!

It’s always nice to make a personal connection with businesses we use, and Rick is our guy! He was professional and friendly, Which made it easy and comfortable as he was working around our house. Plus he worked fast and was thorough. We couldn’t be happier with the results of our flooring!

Very reliable team. My insurance called Service Master to take care of flooding in my home. I was called within 15 min and an appointment was set up for the same day. Rick was on time, wearing a mask, assessed the damages, started cleanup, and all debris was removed at the end of each day. It took a few days for everything to dry out and Rick came each day to measure the moisture, answer any questions and make sure I was doing ok.
He made a very unpleasant situation a lot more bearable.
