My family and I have been seeing Dr. Susan Hamstra for over 3 years now. I trust her judgement and she is wonderful with my kids. I actually pulled my kids from the pediatrician they were seeing and started taking them to her instead. I like that it feels more personal here, the staff know me and my family now. When I call and say my name, they know who I am and they don't have to ask "when's your birthday?" To look me up. I really love this doctors office. We have had to see Dr. Ruff on a few occasions when Dr. Hamstra wasn't in and he is wonderful too. So sweet and caring. And they have never accidentally misplaced records or forgot to enter something in the system (unlike previous doctors I've encountered).
