My family and I feel so blessed to have had George Nakhla help us sell one of our income properties. My parents are elderly and are not as computer savvy as I am which made this process a lot slower. George handled the situation perfectly, he was so patient with them. He would drive to their house whenever they had a question. He made them feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I was so impressed with the personal care they received from George. I honestly would recommend his services to anyone of my friends and family. During the process my mom passed away and the way this company took care of my dad was heartwarming to say the least. They found the movers, the folks to haul away the junk, a wonderful cleaning crew and I’m guessing they did a million other things behind the scenes that we aren’t even aware of.

All we had to do was take what we wanted and leave the rest. They sorted through everything else to determine what was trash and what was able to be donated.

We ended up with an all cash offer that was higher than expected, no inspection and a 5 day closing. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. My father, sister and myself all feel the same way. It was a privilege to work with you guys. Thanks a million.

Being new to California we relied heavily on him and Justin Miller to find us a house that fit the needs of our family.
