  Every person that we interacted with at Ultimate Heating & Cooling was amazing! They are helpful, professional and honest! Their service was fast and the bid for the service was never changed once it was given. I would recommend Ultimate to anyone! They are a great company to work with.

  Ultimate heating air was awesome . I had another heating and cooling place come out first and give me a price for work that didn't seem correct . I called ultimate for a second opinion before allowing any work to be done . Frank H was professional and prompt and did not try to sell me a service i did not need. Thank you !!!

  I purchased their service plan after living in my house for 8 yrs and glad I did! I accidentally hit the edge of the furnace with my car. Chris T. checked the furnace ( no damage), changed the filters. He pointed out I was using the wrong filters and recommended a filter to use which is cheaper than the ones I was buying before. He then showed me the AC unit screen was filled with dirt and pet hair and showed me how to clean it. The blocked AC screen put extra stress on compressor, so I had him replace it with a better one (25% discount on parts with service plan). He checked vents inside my house to make sure everything was working and gave me a tip on how to keep my upstairs cooler in the summer.
  PLUS he adjusted the FAN and made it QUIETER! Thank-you!

  Frank is a great guy and a real professional. Our old maintenance plan ran out with this visit, but we gladly signed up for a new one. Ultimate has taken care of us since the house was new 10+ years ago.
