  Finally found a good company for HVAC Services. I had a gentlemen named Rich who had 30 years in the industry. We talked through everything and he genuinely cared about what he does. I also do not feel like they were trying to destroy me with the pricing. I highly recommend these guys.

  I’ve had a service contract with this company first at my condo and now at my house. They’re professional, attentive to the customer, courteous, and always do a good job. Happy to have my house’s major systems monitored by them!

  We first had this company service our central air conditioner in 2017 and we noticed an immediate improvement in our system. I decided at that time to purchase a service contract with them, which is a great value. Their technician Chris M. was just at our house to do the service on our furnace and he did a great job. He invited me to observe the work he was going to be doing and ask any questions I might have, so I followed him downstairs and got educated about my furnace. I've had other companies who have come to work on the furnace and that was a first for me. Let's face it, there's always an element of the unknown when you have to have a major appliance in your home serviced or repaired. You hope that the technician will be honest with you and keep your fingers crossed. I was just so impressed with Chris's integrity and the transparency of this process. I definitely intend to remain a customer of this business and unequivocally recommend Good Neighbor Home Services for all of your heating and cooling needs.

  The service men were efficient but thorough. What I appreciated the most was the detailed review they gave us after finishing the service call. We now have a very good understanding of the condition of our equipment and what to expect in the future. We have been with Good Neighbor for 9 years now and will continue to use them with confidence.
