  This is our second experience working with C&C Kitchens. The first time, 15+ years ago at our old home, we were impressed by Doug's innovative design and the quality of the cabinets. Basically, Doug really thought out of the box and came up with a design that literally took down walls and moved appliances to places I had not thought of. The cabinets were much better quality than what we had previously. Fast forward 15 years later and we are in a newer home but with an uninspiring kitchen. We contacted C&C Kitchens again and Doug came up with a design that made a world of difference. While the layout is similar to the old layout, the design much more room and much better use of the space. C&C gave us a schedule and kept to the schedule, even during the coronavirus shutdowns (building contractors were exempt). C&C's workmanship was superb and we are really happy with our new kitchen.   C&C Kitchens remodeled our kitchen about a year and a half ago. I was hesitant to use them because of the cost. I'm sure we could have spent more money on our kitchen, but this was still a lot of money for us. There are a lot of reasons to consider C&C for your project. For me the deciding factor was that they start on time and finish on time. They schedule projects months in advance. Their salesman gave us the specific date on which they could start, and how long it would take. I realized that in order to keep that schedule, they had to finish jobs on time. I knew I could do this job myself, but did not know if I could do it in the time frame I had to work with. Not finishing on time was the worst possible outcome for us. So we chose C&C Kitchens and they delivered. They actually finished two days early.
  
  Their salesman, Jeff was knowledgeable and low pressure. He included features that I would not have thought of and that turned out to be really helpful. He also made suggestions that were way over our budget. These guys will knock down walls to expand a kitchen if that's what you want. Nothing wrong with that. Just said “no” to things we didn't want or couldn't afford. Ask questions. We were considering one feature that I thought might look dated after a few years. Jeff said “Yup”, but only because I asked. In the end, we got a much better kitchen because Jeff was involved.
  
  C&C does a ton of kitchens and they supply a lot of products that they like and use over and over. You don't have to use the things they recommend. As an example, we shopped around and found granite for counter tops from a vendor that they had not worked with before. No problem. They refunded the the money that we'd paid for their counter tops. Another example - They recommended a sink that nearly all their customers use and like. We did not like it at first and they were open to anything we wanted. We used their sink and in the end I still don't like it. But that's on me right?
  
  Be prepared for complications, especially if yours is an older house. We had a few. Rotten wood under the sink. An electrical wire run that was in the wrong place. These things will add to the cost. Their guys had good, simple solutions. For a small to mid size kitchen, I recommend budgeting $1000 or so for the unexpected. (Our complications cost less than that.)
  
  Finally, after a year and a half, the grout in the joint between the counter top and back splash started cracking and falling out. This is not unusual because the cabinets settle, especially with granite on top. I called. They sent a guy out to fix it up. While he was here, he took care of a couple cabinet trim items that were bugging us. They back up their work after a year and a half.
  
  I cannot have expected any more from C&C Kitchens. I would recommend them to anybody. Just three things to ease your stress. 1-Be clear on every single detail of what you want. 2-Be prepared for unexpected complications (emotionally and financially). 3-Understand that upgrades and changes cost money.

  Very professional and timely. Made major remodel seem easy. Follow up also great small issues were handled very quickly. Great company and also very helpful with design and color ideas.
