Very peaceful and saw alot of deers on our walk
This is a great little lake to land a monster bass. On a wildlife preserve so it's all catch and release and barbless hooks only.
Always an adventure. Bring your camera because you never know what nature will surprise you with.
Gorgeous calm little pond, which is easy to access and walk around via a boardwalk or dirt path. The fishing is decent, however I would recommend going in the evening or early morning. There is a pavilion with picnick tables, as well as, a porta potty, benches, and a couple little dock like things that go out over the lake. Birds and deer freakwently are spotted around the lake. There is a lack of shade in the middle of the day however and on a warm day it can be rather hot so come prepared.
Lovely little lake trail. We did some fishing, a few nibbles and a bite. The fish jump like crazy at sunset though. There are a lot of birds and deer, and it's fun to spot them and watch them. The Port-a-potty was relatively clean, but there was a wasp in it.
